TTB Fitness is built on the belief that fitness should be fun, inclusive, and accessible to everyone. Our facility is not just a gym, it's a safe and welcoming hub where people are empowered to pursue personal growth and long term wellbeing.
TTB Fitness redefines the fitness experience by combining expert coaching, high-quality equipment, and a vibrant atmosphere that encourages both progress and enjoyment. Our services focus on strength, conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and the development of hybrid athletic skill sets, underpinned by a values-led culture centred on inclusivity, equality, and connection.
Our long-term vision is to expand into multiple locations across Australia, creating a network of community-first fitness facilities that retain the strong identity, inclusive values, and high coaching standards of the original TTB Fitness.

You’ll find us on the Ground Floor, 28A Tallowwood Street, Seven Hills, Brisbane, QLD. With 200 sqm of open gym space and an 80 sqm upstairs personal training studio, we’re well equipped to deliver exceptional group fitness classes and tailored personal coaching services.
High-quality equipment and considered programming support a broad range of goals, from learning to move well and getting fitter, to building strength, power and skill.
The atmosphere is welcoming and community-driven, so you can train with confidence, enjoy the process, and make steady progress at your own pace.

TTB Fitness is co-owned and operated by Personal Trainer, Thomas Rowen. Thomas is passionate about helping others reach their goals, from everyday people to elite athletes. While always involved in sports, Thomas got serious about his strength and fitness in 2012, first at the gym and then through CrossFit.
Thomas qualified for the CrossFit Age Group Quarterfinals in 2022 & 2023, then took it a step further in 2024 and qualified for the Age Group Semifinals — placing 183rd in the world. He has aspirations of qualifying for the CrossFit Games and certainly walks the walk when it comes to training.
As a masters athlete, Thomas understands the needs of those who are serious about their fitness while still remembering what it’s like to first get started with a health and fitness program. He keeps things fun and community-minded while maintaining professionalism and support.
Specialty areas: Functional fitness; strength and conditioning; body composition; sports-specific programming and training; gymnastics for functional movement; working with beginners.
I’m here to help you reach your goals with enthusiasm and genuine support. No goal is too big or too small when approached with consistency and dedication.

TTB Fitness is co-owned and operated by Coach, Brad Hone. Fitness has been part of Brad's life for as long as he can remember, from playing representative cricket and basketball growing up, to competing in fitness modelling and the CrossFit Open. What he's most proud of, though, is reclaiming his own health and fitness while working a full-time corporate role, proof that it's possible no matter how busy life gets. That's the passion he brings to helping others do the same.
Brad has completed a range of qualifications including Cert IV Fitness, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics, Australian Weightlifting Level 2 Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Prescript Level 1, and AWPT Female Health Coach, giving him a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to coaching.
Brad's coaching focuses on movement quality, strength, and education, helping members understand the why behind their training to build lasting confidence and results. He believes in clear communication, genuine encouragement, and creating an environment where people feel supported at every stage, from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
He's passionate about helping people find balance between training, work, family, and life's other commitments, because fitness should enhance your life, not become another source of stress. His goal is simple: to help you build sustainable habits and enjoy the journey while becoming a stronger, more confident version of yourself, for life.

Jeannette is a coach at TTB Fitness and a qualified nutritionist with a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. She began her coaching journey in 2022 as a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and is now a Certificate III in Fitness qualified trainer, currently working towards her Certificate IV in Fitness.
With a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from La Trobe University, Jeannette brings a unique combination of functional fitness coaching and nutrition expertise. Her passion for training and nutrition comes from a belief that our bodies are capable of so much more than we often give them credit for.
At TTB Fitness, Jeannette coaches group fitness classes and Women's Strength classes, creating a welcoming environment where members can develop confidence, improve movement quality, and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
Alongside coaching, Jeannette works as a nutritionist with a special interest in helping individuals improve their relationship with food while supporting their health through every stage of life. Whether you're completely new to training or looking to reach your next goal, Jeannette is committed to helping you enjoy the process, celebrate your progress, and discover what you're capable of.

Regular PT sessions are a great way to stay motivated and push yourself a little bit further. They also ensure you’re executing the movements correctly, and provide an extra level of accountability.
Each session is tailored specifically to your goals and current abilities. A typical PT session with TTB Fitness includes a strength/skill component followed by a conditioning piece; focusing on good technique, building muscle and elevating the heart rate. One-on-one sessions are most common, however, we can accommodate small groups (four maximum), which can be great motivation for couples, families or friends.
Prefer extra structure between sessions? Personalised online programming gives you weekly guidance that fits your time commitments and access (or not) to equipment. You’ll receive an interactive program via Google Docs to log progress and share feedback with your coach.
